Overview

The Main Street Exchange was designed and is being spearheaded by private developer Mazas Development, an independent, Pinellas County-based family business. The development is a mixed-use space designed around the unique charms of historic Dunedin, inviting both residents and visitors alike with its warm, family-friendly hospitality.

The project will feature:

• Public parking, adding an additional 455 spaces
• Boutique hotel with a rooftop bar
• Food hall and marketplace
• Theater and event venue
• Speakeasy
• Signature restaurant
• Premium retail
• Public green spaces.

As a standalone but complementary project to Main Street Exchange, the Douglas Parking Center will improve parking within downtown Dunedin.
